In my work I endeavor to bring the audience into close contact with my
imagination and inspirations. I want my audience to experience the
intimacy of forms and materials I have drawn and photographed,
and to experience my fascination with colour, detail and composition.
When stripped of natural associations,
the more structural aspects of the
source imagery take on added importance. But more importantly,
the composition these structures provide suggest the power and
even magic that one can only discover in one’s mind.
