My fabrics and finished pieces are intended to work as a collection for use in a variety of spaces.
Primarily I find inspiration by drawing, most recently looking at symmetrical forms such as birds,
insects and the human face.

The application of a range of mark making techniques is a fundamental part in creating pieces
that hold a balance between sections of significant detail and areas of calm.
The use of contrasting weights of fabric, textures and colour are also important
elements of my work and through an exploration of innovative detailing I aim to
create decorative yet subtle punctuations to a tactile surface.
