Sarah Tolley Chief Study: Printed Textiles 

The colourful and full-bloomed flowers that have been the primary focus of my project, display an energy that I hope I have conveyed in my work. I have worked principally with computer aided design to inspire in myself a fresh approach to floral designs; manipulating and transforming single items such as leaves and flowers into collaged images and final design work.

With my project I have tried to introduce a splash of colour to those who previously preferred minimalist neutrals. Each final idea has been designed to be used individually in a very simple interior; to bring a single colourful element to an otherwise neutral palette and complement the simplicity with a touch of vitality.
