Site Health and Safety Panel
The Site Health and Safety Panel promotes the health, safety and welfare of persons when on site premises and of staff and students when engaged upon activities relevant to the site functions.
The panel is chaired by Professor D Crow.
Associated Working Groups
- DSE working group monitors compliance to Display Screen regulations. The Faculty has a team of trained assessors. Records are held by line managers of staff.
- First aid monitoring group monitors first aid provision in the faculty and provides a training forum for first aid staff
- Safety working group plans and prioritises safety issues in the faculty
- Workshop users group discusses all workshop issues including safety
