In broad (bordering on crude) terms, there is an interest in:
the idea of the 'modern' in twentieth century art and design
(literary) writing and the city
contemporary art and the space of the museum
intersections between art and architecture
In some ways all of these areas return to the task of exploring both urban space and cultural space (with the various points of overlap that inevitably occur). One additional point of focus is that of the problematic relationship between the experiential and the theoretical. There is also a further interest in the use of writing and exhibition practices as a way of making ideas manifest in alternative forms.
