City extravaganza invites MMU's finest
UNDERGRADUATES from our acclaimed BA (Hons) Fashion course will be among the young designers unveiled at Manchester Fashion Week (April 10 – 14).
MCR Fashion Week runs all week in and around the city’s Spinningfields business district. Six of the course’s top talents will present their collections on Wednesday, April 11 at The Avenue, home to some of the city’s most luxurious boutiques.
Head of Fashion at Manchester School of Art, Jo Jenkinson said: “We are really pleased to be involved with MCR Fashion Week, it is an amazing opportunity for our students.
“At Manchester School of Art we encourage the students to experiment, take risks and develop their own original design vision, we hope people will see this creativity and variety in the collections shown.”
