You will study
The course considers the curatorial process involved in the production of exhibitions, collections display, public artwork and other temporary projects. The shifting relationship between curator, artist, institution and critic will be at the centre of the study, which will lead on to exploring the potential of curating as a way of thinking and working. The course also includes a module at Tate Liverpool, which considers contemporary art in relation to the spaces and places in which it is shown.

Through learning agreements, evidence of practice, learning record and presentation.
Placements
Placements can be included as a part of the course, this can be arranged in negotiation with the course tutor.

It also aims to provide suitable grounding for those who wish to undertake further study at doctoral level.

Entry Requirements
You will normally have an appropriate undergraduate honours degree, or postgraduate diploma, or a degree equivalent professional qualification. Alternatively, you may be admitted if you have proven experience in a relevant field, or can demonstrate appropriate knowledge and skills at honours degree standard.
