The Manchester School of Art offers a wide range of postgraduate taught courses in art, design, media, acting and architecture. Most of these courses have a part-time study option.
Research degrees are supported through the Manchester Institute for Research and Innovation in Art and Design (MIRIAD).

Design LAB
MA Design is part of the Manchester Design LAB and is a new type of MA programme that is directly connected to the design industry. Each LAB has a broad overall theme which is explored through a series of sponsored projects presented to the LAB by its sponsors.
Media LAB
Media LAB is a new and innovative programme with close links to the Design LAB, and has an extensive, regional network of cultural organisations within which students can work in Photography, Filmmaking, Media Arts and Film & Media Studies at Masters Level.
