Resits Summer 2011

Information for Art & Design students who have been notified that they must resubmit coursework or retake examinations over the summer period.

Results

Examination board decisions will be available online from the afternoon of Friday 16 September 2011. www.artdes.mmu.ac.uk/results

Important

Make sure that you have read carefully the instructions in your results letter and the University Guidance on Summer Assessments and Resits.

Examinations

The re-assessment/examination period is 15 - 26 August 2011. If you are required to take examinations you must check the online examination timetable from 8 July.

Coursework

When do I submit/resubmit my coursework?

If your transcript indicates that you must submit/resubmit coursework then you must login to the Coursework Information site to find out the submission deadline for each assignment.

What do I need to submit?

Please click on your programme or the HCC link below to downloaded assignment details. You will need to login using your MMU network ID and password.

How do I submit my work?

• Download a Cover Sheet for each assignment and attach it to your work.

• Standard A4-sized essays, reports and dissertations, and DVDs, must be submitted using Coursework Submission Boxes located on the ground floor of the Geoffrey Manton Building.

  The Coursework Submission Boxes will be available:
  9.00am - 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday)
  9.00am - 5.00pm (Friday)

• Larger pieces of work, including portfolios, art work and materials, must be submitted to Room G14, Grosvenor Building between 9.00am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
